Each year, we take your entire survey library (disks, CDs, website downloads, and binders) and convert it all into one standardized database. All the pay statistics, all the survey job descriptions and all of your benchmarks are put on-line for your staff to use and analyze.

HRIS Data Integration

We load and maintain your HRIS data, including employee data, jobs and salary ranges and we can refresh your data monthly. This creates a fully integrated database of internal and market data, which enables you to conduct the competitive analysis needed to support your compensation program recommendations.

Transitions from Other Systems

We have a team of experts that are able to transform your data from any type of compensation system into MarketPay. We convert your existing market pricing (spreadsheets, databases, downloads from other systems) allowing your prior benchmarking work to be transferred right into MarketPay from the start, saving you weeks of time during implementation. This is a process both painless and effortless on your part.

Conversion of Annual Benchmarks

Included in your annual subscription is our annual update process, where we not only load all your new surveys as they are published, we also update each of your benchmark pricings. You simply send us the new surveys, and we systematically re-price each of your jobs in the database. MarketPay maintains all the history, too, enabling you to view prior year benchmarks and analyze year over year trends.
