With MarketPay, you get a private web-site available only to members of your work group. Built on a powerful and secure technology platform, the site is available to your staff around the clock and around the world.

All your surveys loaded for you

Each year, we take your entire survey library (disks, CDs, website downloads, and binders) and convert it all into one standardized database. All the pay statistics, all the survey job descriptions and all of your benchmarks are put on-line for your staff to use and analyze.

Search for matches in your on-line library

MarketPay's powerful search capabilities help you find survey matches in an instant. By searching on key survey job identifiers (titles, text in the survey job descriptions, etc.), you can quickly find potential survey matches for your jobs.

Point and click market pricing

Our user-friendly interface allows you to create, change and maintain your benchmark pricings in a fraction of the time that it takes you now. Data can be aged, adjusted and weighted according to your specifications. Projects that used to take weeks can be done in a matter of hours with MarketPay.

Powerful and flexible report writer

MarketPay includes our own proprietary Report Writer, an easy-to-use module that enables you to build your own reports of any data in the system. Without having to learn SQL or any other special language, you can quickly pull together reports that integrate employee, job and market pricing results. Reports can be downloaded to spreadsheets, enabling you to conduct virtually any type of analysis. Instead of spending 90% of your time pulling data together and only 10% on analysis, MarketPay flips this paradigm so that you can focus on the higher level tasks.

Survey participation center

In MarketPay’s Survey Participation Center, we gather together all of your survey participation information, including due dates, new or revised survey job codes and descriptions, data submission formats, links to publishers websites, etc. Interactively build your survey submissions by replicating previous year’s matches, adding new positions, and generating data submission worksheets. We program into MarketPay each survey provider’s participation format and so that you can generate spreadsheets that match the publishers’ requirements.

No hardware or software to buy

The MarketPay system runs entirely on our servers, using the most powerful internet and data base technology available. All you need is internet access (a browser) and you can fully utilize MarketPay. We ensure the System’s availability, so that you can focus on your benchmark data and analysis.

No Internal IT support required

We provide all the technical support for MarketPay, and we work directly with you to get your system up and running (usually 2-4 weeks). You do not need internal IT resources to support the implementation of MarketPay in your organization, although we are happy to work your IT group as needed.

Secure and private

Several levels of security are employed in the MarketPay system to ensure that only you and your staff have access to your confidential information. Access is restricted to users entering from your organization’s internet network and confidential passwords are needed to get past the initial log-in screen. Firewalls and intrusion detection software further protect against unauthorized access. Although our System Architecture makes it extremely unlikely that hackers could ever break in to a MarketPay site, we constantly monitor and reinforce our systems to protect against attacks and vulnerabilities.
