MarketPay is committed to safeguarding the proprietary information of survey providers and we work with the publishers to ensure that their data are used responsibly and in compliance with copyright protections.

Our only business is to automate our clients’ work with salary surveys. We encourage our clients to participate in and purchase salary surveys published by reputable consulting firms. The salary surveys in our clients’ libraries are used for their internal purposes only, consistent with survey publishers’ requirements.

We do not sell “data products”, nor do we compete with survey publishers to sell benchmarking information or consulting services. We do not in any way share, recompile, consolidate, or resell the data used by our clients in their survey libraries.
